The grapes were handpicked. After the pressing, which is one of the most important steps for the white wines, the most was kept in contact with its sediments for 8 days at 3ºC and after that was finned, racked and fermented in tanks (80%) and barrels (20%), where it remained during 4 months before blending and bottling. No malolactic fermentation was made in this wine.
Bright green-yellow colour, this Chardonnay is very fresh and crispy with citrus notes. It reminds pineapple, peaches, grapefruit and lime, balanced by the taste of creamy and hazelnuts notes. It is a very expressive wine with lot of fruitiness in taste and aroma. Long finish.
