The family vineyards are Ed Sbragia’s father’s legacy and he gets so much joy from crafting wines from their Home Ranch. They had such a great reaction to the inaugural 2006 Sauvignon Blanc and the innovative closure, that he is thrilled to see this wine become a standard in their line-up. This wine has wonderful pineapple, citrus, green apple and pear aromas and flavors with hints of honeysuckle, citrus peel and spice that lead to a long, tangy finish. This wine screams Sauvignon Blanc and is very different from the full-bodied, oak-driven Chardonnays that they usually make.
