The Cabernet Sauvignon Magnificat is entirely aged in French oak Allier and Troncais barriques (225 litres capacity) for 18-20 months depending on the vintage. Aged in bottles for another 8-10 months before release. A great wine: deep saturated ruby, full bodied, full acidity, highly extracted, sweet tannins. Plums, black berry fruit, brownspice. Mouthfilling with velvety texture. Complex and layered with excellent structure and a big spicy finish. |
