"Pale silvery-green color. Very strong, persistent mousse. Complex aromas of peach, mango, sweet butter, minerals and toast. Just off-dry and quite fresh, with lively fruit salad, earth and toast flavors. Not at all heavyhanded for a somewhat sweet Champagne. Finishes brisk and fairly dry.
