Region: Central Valley, Chile Grape Variety: 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Carménère Production Technique: Hand and mechanically harvested in April. 30% of the wine is aged in small American oak barriques for 3 months, and 70% is aged in stainless steel for 3 months. Dark red and violet in color. Plum and cherry notes with a touch of vanilla. On the palate, the wine is concentrated and soft, with rich flavors of berries and toasty oak.This wine is an excellent accompaniment to hearty stews and roasts, grilled and barbecued red meats, pasta and cheese. |
