Region: Central Valley, Chile Grape Variety: 90% Merlot, 10% Carménère Production Technique: Hand and mechanically harvested at the end of March and early April. 10% of the wine is aged in small American oak for 4 months, and 90% is aged in stainless steel for 4 months. The color is dark and deep red with violet. It has mature red fruit character married with cacao and vanilla. Hints of plum and spice on the palate, generously framed by toasty American oak.It is a round and well balanced wine. A perfect complement to cheese, pasta and turkey. |
