Colour: A pale straw yellow with green tints. Aroma: Complex aromas of fresh peaches, grapefruit rind and cinnamon combine with spicy vanillin oak. Palate: Stone fruit and citrus flavours develop on the palate and are enhanced by a creamy texture derived from 6 months of lees stirring. Subtle flint and savoury flavours extend the palate and provide a lingering, crisp finish. Cellaring potential 5-8 years. |
