Our Foreshadow Cabernet Sauvignon showcases our best Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards in the Columbia Valley, Red Mountain, Horse Heaven Hill and Yakima Valley appellations. The wine’s aromatics are complex and show the red to dark fruits of Bing cherries, blackberries, red & black currants coupled with resin, cola, sandalwood and sweet spices. The wine enters the palate sweet, has a round mid palate and shows flavors of blackberries, cherries, plums and figs accented with tertiary flavors of anise, cocoa, tobacco and subtle dried herbs. The wine has a long finish that is layered with lush, fine grained tannins followed by a graceful acidity. Recommended cellaring 6–12 years. 88% Cabernet, 7% Merlot, 3% Cab Franc, 2% Petit Verdot.
