Grapes for Atlas Peak Spring Mountain Cabernet are harvested by hand. After fermentation, wine is left in contact with the skins for up to 40 days to extract brilliant color, tannins and substance, then racked into new to 3-year-old French oak barrels for 18 months of aging. This mountain Cabernet shows deep red purple color, loads of soft tannins and intense red stone fruit.
