Deep ruby red color. Taste is soft and full with a fruity bouquet and a cherry sensation on the nose and palate. The wine is slightly velvety, dry and bitterish. Serve at room temperature, 18/20°C and uncork one hour prior. Dry wine suitable for main red meats courses, charcoal grilled meats and game (boar or hare).
