Chimney Rock aimed to make a superb, food-friendly, blended white wine that would act as a counterpoint to their well-loved red wine blend, Elevage. They are equally if not a little prouder of this vintage of Elevage Blanc. Each year they learn a few new tricks to improve the texture and highlight the gorgeously aromatic profile of this wine. They love the ’06 – it is luscious and complex in flavor and has a beautiful finish.

Aroma: Intriguing aromas of white peach, orange blossom, citrus, light nuttiness, vanilla.
Taste: Rich in the front palate, with a very long balanced finish. The acidity brings a liveliness throughout the length of this wine.
