The Kelly’s Revenge Cabernet Sauvignon is deep red in colour with ripe black cherry aromas. Rich plum flavours are complimented by soft cinnamon and oak characters. Good persistence and a firm well balanced finish. The ideal accompaniment to beef and lamb dishes, this Cabernet Sauvignon is perfect to drink right now. Lots of fruit, lots of flavour, lots of attitude. Fruit for this wine was sourced from the warm climate regions in South Eastern Australia. Picked during the cool night to retain the fresh flavours, the fruit was crushed then transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation. A parcel of this wine was exposed to oak, adding further dimension to this great wine. |
