The Kelly’s Revenge Chardonnay is full of crisp citrus, lime flavours. Fresh tropical characters of melon and peach are complemented by subtle hints of vanillin oak. The ideal accompaniment to fish, chicken or pasta dishes, this Chardonnay is perfect to drink right now. Lots of fruit, lots of flavour, lots of attitude Fruit for this wine was sourced from the warm climate regions in South Eastern Australia. Picked during the cool night to retain the fresh flavours, the fruit was crushed then transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation. A parcel of this wine was exposed to oak, adding further dimension to this great wine. |
