Cupcake harvested these tiny berries in the early morning and trucked them over to the crush pad. The Central Coast is well known for warm days and cool nights, which allow the fruit to fully develop. This Petite Sirah starts with aromas of pomegranate, boysenberry and blueberries that evolve into flavors of spice accentuated by rich dark chocolate. With a creamy, rich body, this wine finished in a long and soft manner. Serve it with a juicy pork tenderloin with a Petite Sirah reduction.
