[ Home > Estancia Syrah 2007 ]|
Fruit from two different regions work together to make Estancia’s Central Coast Shiraz. They chose cool climate Monterey grapes for the exceptional texture they provide and Paso Robles for its rich and spicy berry characters. Blended with grapes from Estancia’s Pinnacles Vineyard in Monterey and Keyes Canyon Vineyard in Paso Robles, this vibrant and delicious Syrah is an approachable, pleasing wine.
Appearance: Deep garnet
Aroma: Fresh dark berries and plum are accented by hints of cocoa and soft oak.
Flavor: Bright red plums, black berries and earth fill the nose. The palate is filled with dark ripe fruits, smoke and black pepper followed by a rich, smooth finish.
