"This comes from a 15-year-old vineyard planted to Alsatian clones at a higher elevation site in the Dundee Hills. It’s lacy, racy and refined; the tangy fruit whirls around ripe apples, white peaches and hints of citrus rind. Great acid underpinning sets up the palate for food. — P.G.
