Bulleit Bourbon is made with small-batch techniques inspired by those pioneered by Augustus Bulleit over 150 years ago. Only ingredients of the very highest quality are used. The subtlety and complexity of Bulleit Bourbon come from its unique blend of rye, corn, and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone filtered water. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold, spicy character with a finish that's distinctively clean and smooth.

Medium amber in color, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. Finish is long, dry, and satiny with a light toffee flavor.

90 proof (45% ABV) 68% corn, 28% rye, 4% malted barley

INGREDIENTS

1.3 oz. Bulleit Bourbon

4 oz. Lemonade

1 slice lemon

PREPARATION

Serve on the rocks or blend with ice, in a rocks glass.

Garnish with a lemon slice.

BLT

INGREDIENTS

1.3 oz. Bulleit Bourbon

4 oz. tonic water

1 lemon wedge

PREPARATION

Serve on the rocks, in a rocks glass.

Garnish with a lemon wedge.

FRONTIER OLD FASHIONED

INGREDIENTS

1 oz. Bulleit Bourbon

0.25 oz. Bitters

1 teaspoon sugar

1 splash water

1 lemon slice

1 maraschino cherry

1 orange slice

PREPARATION

In a rocks glass, muddle sugar and bitters.

Add the bourbon and a large ice cube. Twist slices of lemon and orange peel over the drink and drop slices in.

BULLEIT MINT JULEP

INGREDIENTS

1.3 oz. Bulleit Bourbon

1.5 tsp sugar

Fresh mint leaves

Water

PREPARATION

Muddle mint leaves, sugar, and splash of water in a rocks glass or julep cup.

Add Bulleit Bourbon, water, and fill glass with crushed ice and stir.

Garnish with fresh mint.

KENTUCKY CALLING

INGREDIENTS

0.75 oz. Bulleit Bourbon

0.25 oz. solera sherry

0.25 oz. medium style amaro

2 dash mole bitters

PREPARATION

Stir & strain into a coupe cocktail glass.

Garnish with an orange twist.

BOURBON SWIZZLE

INGREDIENTS

1.3 oz. Bulleit Bourbon

1 oz. lemon juice

0.75 oz. simple syrup

0.25 oz. ginger syrup

3 mint sprigs (take off leaves, remove stems)

3 dash Angostura bitters

3 dash Peychaud's bitters

PREPARATION

Dry shake, pour into a highball glass, top with ice & swizzle, keeping the mint on the bottom and top with more crushed ice.

Garnish with 3 dashes each of Angostura & Peychaud's bitters, a mint sprig and candied ginger.
