Dark black-ruby of color. Generously aromatic, the 2000 Tapestry reveals ripe black cherry, blackberry and plum fruit aromas, combined with subtle yet insistent vanilla-oak and anise scents. Coffee overtones add nuance. Medium full bodied on the palate, with melted tannins, hints of vanilla, velvety texture and ripe sweet black plum, cherry and currant flavors, the 2000 Tapestry shows great balance.
