Dark plum red of medium depth with youthful hues. The aromas are of black cherry, plum and blackberry with a bouquet of clove and cedar. On the palate the wine is quite plump with a soft and supple texture with flavors of blackberries, cherries, chocolate and clove. This wine is most enjoyable with beef, lamb and red sauced pasta dishes.
