With a lovely pink tint, the color is scattered by a host of light and vibrant bubbles rising to form a beautifully perfect ring around the edge of the glass. The light nose plays in floral and fruit tones with tasty aromas of fresh red and yellow fruit.
To taste, it offers a wonderful sensation of flavors, blending a mineral crispness and delicate roundness lightly veiled by a superbly balanced dosage.

85 % Pinot Meunier, 15 % Chardonnay This Brut Rosé is a blend of 85 % white wine and 15 % red “coteau champenois” wine.
White wine: natural clarification (gravity) just after pressing. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at 18-20 °C followed by malo lactic fermentation.
Red wine: the black Pinot Meunier grapes are de-stemmed and poured into in vats. In contact with the black skins, the juice darkens and turns a deep red color after a few days. The alcoholic fermentation starts during this maceration. After the desired color is obtained, the juice is separated from the skins and ends its alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by a malo-lactic fermentation. The blending operation is very precise, in order to obtain the desired color and aromatic complexity. The wine is then bottled in January. Second fermentation and ageing process "on the lees" lasts for at least 15 months.
Store your bottles horizontally, away from light, at a constant temperature (10-15 °C). This champagne should be consumed within 2 years. Best served in flutes, between 6 and 9 °C.
