"The other Chardonnays are made in more limited quantities although there are nearly 43,000 cases of the 2007 Chardonnay Monterey. It reveals more wet stone and floral characteristics intermixed with lemon blossom and white citrus, as well as more minerality, and less body and intense fruit than the Sonoma Coast cuvee.
This Chardonnay / Pinot Noir specialist should receive rave notices from bargain hunters looking for a top-flight Chardonnay that is complex, rich, and widely available.
