Australia is famous for blends of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, the Cabernet Sauvignon structure giving elegance to the ripe fruit flavours of Shiraz. Coonawarra and Langhorne Creek are both famous for their Cabernet Sauvignon wines.
