85% Verdejo, 10% Sauvignon, 5% Viura. This wine has a nice light yellow color with green glints. The nose is delicate with mineral, rocky notes as well as white flowers and exotic fruit aromas, such as mangos. The palate is full-bodied, with much volume, yet a nice acidity supporting the final aromas. This wine works well as an aperitif and is ideal with desserts such as apple tart and fruit salads.
