CC 100 proof is CC of the ‘old school’. Years ago many whiskies were blended at this higher strength. We have retained this style for its devotees.
Aroma: zesty and clean, with the aroma of fresh apples and a hint of oak
Body: light and zesty
Taste: fresh oak, toasted grain, and spice
Finish: clean and lingering with dry oak
