Classic varietal flavors of citrus, melon and herb backed by subtle notes of smoky oak result in a light-to-medium-bodied wine with a clean finish. It’s a wine that pairs easily with any number of dishes from grilled meats to summer salads to creamy pastas. The grapes were carefully sourced from some of California's best vineyards. Moderate weather allowed the fruit to ripen slowly, resulting in good balance and a slightly herbal character. To ensure the maximum retention of flavor, we cold fermented at temperatures between 50°F - 65°F
