Domaine Pascal Jolivet, created in 1987, is one of the youngest and dynamic wineries in the Loire Valley. We represent an estate of more than 70 acres in the Sancerre and Pouilly region. Their Sancerre and Pouilly Fume are listed in more than one hundred Michelin-starred restaurants all over the world. Their philosophy is to allow nature to take its course thus producing a Sauvignon Blanc with finesse, elegance and above all a perfect balance. Crisp flavors over mouth-watering acidity, with an attractive intense lemon-peel tang in the long, clean finish. |
