This wine is made from a clonal selection of Chardonnay grapes grown on the mineral rich, well-drained soil of the vineyards with South-West exposition. This wine is a beautiful, pure expression of Chardonnay fruit – it’s completely unoaked, so the flavors of apple and pear really shine through.
