Calistoga Cellars Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is made predominantly of fruit sourced from our estate ranch Blossom Creek in Calistoga and the Louer Family Vineyard in St. Helena. Each vineyard lot is kept separate throughout fermentation and aging to preserve the unique flavors of the individual vineyards that create this consistent, award-winning wine. This wine has tons of depth, richness and purity of flavor. You'll note layers of plum and cherry fruit with touches of chocolate, herb and oak. |
