This light-colored, refreshing ale is THE beer of Cologne. Well balanced and mild mannered, this beer is great for summer. Schlafly is a St. Louis treasure brewed downtown and served at the Tap Room. The bottled variety is produced under contract at New Ulm, but is equally delicious. Highly recommended to any purveyor of fine micros. |
