This shy-bearing Vignoles (veen' yole) grape has become the jewel of Missouri white wines. The difficult-to-grow variety achieves its richest complexities in the warm and sunny vineyards of Missouri. Our 2005 vintage is made from 100% Vignoles grapes harvested at their peak of maturity.
