This shy-bearing Vignoles (veen' yole) grape has become the jewel of Missouri white wines. The difficult-to-grow variety achieves its richest complexities in the warm and sunny vineyards of Missouri. Our 2005 vintage is made from 100% Vignoles grapes harvested at their peak of maturity.
Stone Hill's Vignoles exudes rich, fresh tropical fruit flavors and aromas. We stop the fermentation at just the right moment to achieve the perfect balance of natural sweetness.
