Anejo, by law, must spend 12 months in the wood. Corralejo's is aged in new American oak barrels charred on the inside to lend a touch of smoke to the flavors inside. It is Corralejo's finest example of Don Leonardo's skills and is bottled in red, signifying "prosperity" in Mexico.
