expression of the Talbott house style. Named after Robb
Talbott’s son, this wine displays the complexity that has
become synonymous with the acclaimed Sleepy Hollow
Vineyard.
100% estate-grown Chardonnay, Alcohol 14.9%, pH 3.50, Whole-cluster pressed. 80% barrel-fermented in 100% French oak, 20% fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aged sur lie for 10 months (25% new French oak). Key coopers: François Frères, Marsannay, Sirugue and Mercurey. Bottle-aged for five months prior to release.
