The main ingredient of this crystal clear, complex blend of citrus fruit is the small, slightly bitter but highly flavoured orange originating from the island of Curatao. Colour: Clear, and when poured over ice, Bols Triple Sec Curatao becomes cloudy. Aroma: Fragrant and somewhat bitter sweet. Flavour: Complex and citrus to the palate. Use: Straight, on the rocks, excellent in cocktails or in any other mixed drink. Well-known for its use in the Margarita cocktail. |
