Schlafly's Scotch Ale is a traditional Scottish ale and pours a dark mahogany color, with the aroma of sweet caramel and a lightly bitter finish. Schlafly is a St. Louis treasure brewed downtown and served at the Tap Room. The bottled variety is produced under contract at New Ulm, but is equally delicious.
