This Classic Rum is the product of a single still, at a single distillery, chosen as typical of the ancient craft of Caribbean distilling. It has an individual style totally unlike mondern commercial rums. Only a few hundred bottles will ever be sold. But the partners of Bristol Spirits will continue to seek out these unique rums, for connoisseurs of one of the World's finest distilled spirits. The Single Still is the vessel in which fermented sugar cane is gently heated to produce rum. Every still is different, and each gives its own flavour. Here begins a long process, including ageing in oak casks, which produces, in very small quanities, something of unusal pleasure and interest to the appreciative palate.
