Late Harvest Chardonnay Elegant and stylish, this Late Harvest Chardonnay displays the classic apricot, honey and peach flavors and aromas of a botrytised wine. Harvested in late September, at 37.5° Brix, the concentrated juice has produced a delicious, intense, and sensual wine with a soft palate and lingering finish. Serve chilled. Excellent paired with fruit desserts: poached pears, apple tart, tropical fruit sorbets, crème brulee with berries........or pour it in place of dessert! |
