St Emilion, Bordeaux This 4,000 case cuvee of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc is the product of the large St.-Emilion cooperative. Most of their wines are relatively straightforward, commercial offerings, but the 2000 Aurelius offers impressive density and ripeness, some new oak, and a medium-bodied, moderately tannic finish.
