In 1940, Angèle Mondon died and her grand-children - the children of her daughter Germaine Mondon, who had married the lawyer, Antoine Vialard of Pauillac, inherited properties as follows: - Antoinette and Marie Vialard inherited Château Clerc Milon jointly - Their brother Jacques Vialard, lawer in Pauillac, inherited Château Anseillan and the legal practice - Louis Vialard inherited Château Cissac.
