100% our pride, weber blue agave variety. Matured 9 to 10 years in the sun and land of the best tequila region. We produced our tequila with the same care as we have done for the last sixty years using totally home style process. The agave is slowly baked and mushed with a millstone. Then aged in white oak barrels in which it settles for two long years in cool cellars at the ideal temperature of Atotonilco, Jalisco, Mexico. The result is Tequila Mi Viejo.
