This premium, medium bodied wine is an outstanding example of South Australian Chardonnay. Attractive peach and citrus aromas lead to rich, round fruit flavours on the palate, while fermentation in French oak imparts sweet vanilla character and soft, creamy yeast complexity. A superb wine that is perfect with white meats and seafood dishes. Further complexity will develop with cellaring.

Colour: Brilliant pale yellow with green hues
Bouquet: Aromas of fleshy white peach and nectarine lift from the glass. Interwoven with a primary fruit are subtle notes of vanilla bean and toasted almonds, finishing with a lemon butter perfume.
Palate: Intense white peach and preserved lemon fruits flood the palate while nuances of creamy vanillin oak complete the flavour sensation. The texture is soft and creamy with a fine acid finish, ensuring perfect balance, structure and mouth feel.
