Mumm de Cramant is a rare, precious cuvée made in the purest Champagne tradition since 1882. Its low pressure gives a delicate effervescence. A single-cru cuvée of incomparable purity, blended in the time-honoured tradition with a strict selection of 100% Chardonnay Cramant wines. This favoured terroir produces highly reliable wines, the hallmark of quality and consistency for any great champagne: great champagnes to grace any occasion. Its label recalls how business cards were used in the past; a turned-down corner indicated that the bottle of Mumm de Cramant champagne had been hand-delivered. Formerly reserved for the administrators and friends of the House, it is now Mumm's exceptional cuvée. Robe: green glints in a fresh, tender yellow, and perfect clarity. The light, fragile bubbles rise to a fine, smooth foam. Bouquet: fragrant white flowers, fresh fruit and lemon, with fresh, elegant notes. Flavour: delightful lemon and fresh fruit flavours, after a rich, subtle attack. A gentle effervescence fills the mouth, then gives way to all the grandeur of the Chardonnay. A Blanc de Blanc champagne made solely from Chardonnay grapes from the village of Cramant, classified 100% Grand Cru. A cru which reveals all the diversity and richness of the Cramant terroir.
