In accordance with the revival of the classical Riesling wines, as of the 2000 vintage, the wines of Schloss Johannisberg, come with a unique and characteristical label showing the landscape and the castle, hereby paying tribute to its historical tradition of pictorial labels. A mouth filling wine of Riesling fruit flavours, very delicate, fresh lively, with good body and an elegant style. An excellent accompaniment with pork, fowl, cold meats and fish. The wine has 10.5 % vol. of alcohol, 8.1 grams of acidity and 16.1 grams of residual sugar. |
