Canadian cider is sharper and dryer, probably due to our apples from the Okanagan Valley also having a sharp taste to them. Best served very cold with ice. Because Canadian cider is more carbonated, a reasonable amount of ice will not ruin the taste. Good golden color, decent flavor of apple that is sweet in the beginning and changes to a slightly tart taste. Nicely done with a nice apple flavor. |
