Sauternes, Bordeaux Lovely, bright golden colour. The bouquet is already quite mature, while maintaining a good degree of freshness. A typical, fine Chateau de Fargues with refined, spicy nuances. Starts out quite soft on the palate with medium body. Long aftertaste with good acidity. Botrytised flavours blend in with nuances of preserved mandarins. A straightforward, attractive, and very characterful wine, to be enjoyed now or aged further. |
