This wine shows aromas of butter, floral elements and ripe white fruits. The flavors follow with ripe fruit, butter, crisp acidity and a toasty-yeasty finish. A relatively dry summer gave us smaller berries and intense flavors. Well-balanced wines, the 01's show good potential for aging. Varietal Blend 100% Chardonnay Fruit/Harvest The grapes were picked from August 30 to September 18 from our Kinneybrook Vineyard at an average Brix of 23.5ø. |
