Aged 8 months in white oak barrels to acquire smoothness and a range of delicate flavors. This bottle represents what the heart of the agave plant looks like after harvest with the leaves cut off; to be cooked to extract the sugary juices to make fine tequila. Called "La Pina" in spanish, it appears like a pineapple. You'll certainly appreciate the quality of this tequila from a small distillery in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.
