As aromatic as the dry olorosos, medium oloroso sherry is lightly sweetened with Pedro Ximénez wine and is round and full-bodied. It is smooth and full with a velvety, viscous texture. The RF in the name, signifying “Reserva Familia”, indicates that this wine has traditionally been reserved for special Osborne family occasions since the founding of the House of Osborne. Only now are we fortunate enough to partake of this exceptional and memorable wine.
