This tequila is made from 100% blue agave sugars. The bottle represents the heart of mature, succulent agave plants from which this tequila is derived. After cooking for up to 35 hours, 3-4 days of rested fermentation, and fine distillation, it is rested in oak barrels for at least a year to fine tune its flavor.
