Irish Ale, Boulevard’s spring seasonal beer, is their Midwestern tribute to the legendary red ales of old Ireland. Their recipe combines six kinds of pale and roasted barley malts to provide a rich, toasty flavor and tawny reddish hue.
Ingredients: Amber malt, Caramunich, Cara 300, Chocolate, Munich, and Pale malt. Bravo, Magnum, Saphir, Sterling, and Vanguard.
Starting Gravity: 13.5 degrees Plato.
Alcohol Content: 5.8% by volume.
