Alchemia is created by using authentic old recipes and traditional Polish distilling methods combined with modern technological advances in purification and demineralization through reverse osmosis. The difference between a flavored vodka and an infused vodka is in its taste and composition. Flavored Vodkas merely add ingredients during the distillation process. Infused Vodkas are created by infusing or saturating ingredients in an already distilled vodka. This process of infusion allows the vodka to extract the fundamental characteristics of the ingredients lending each vodka its authentic rich coloring and flavor. Wild cherry fruit gives Wisniowa it’s beautiful dark burgendy color and the taste of ripening cherries from the Podlaskie region of Poland. |
